  Just moved to the area and saw a lot of negative reviews, after I went and visited I decided to join anyway as It appeared to be the best option. I cannot speak to the billing or cancelation issues as I am only in my 2nd month, but as far as condition, upkeep and staff I do not understand the negative reviews. I have not had a bad experience and have not seen a machine down at all. I suggest anyone reading the reviews take a trip and decide for yourself as I am very happy with Renegade and would recommend it.
